Walk-ins are always welcome, and no appointment is needed. Just come in during store hours, look around the tanks and enclosures, and ask us anything.

Some visits need a little more time. For example, you might want to:
- See the fish and corals up close and pick out your own
- See a specific animal before you decide
- Build your reptile’s new habitat with us
If so, send a visit request below, and we’ll get back to you to confirm. It’s a request, not an appointment: we’ll confirm with you first.
